Our 750,000-square-foot facility, located in Port Clinton, Ohio, near the shores of Lake Erie, is the center of our operations. Since launching in 2021, we have undergone three rounds of extensive renovations, with our most recent one completing in the spring of 2024. We invested in state-of-the-art equipment and technology, and most importantly, our skilled team. We hire individuals who are not only skilled for the specific position but also those who align with our culture and core values: integrity, innovation, accountability, and collaboration. This enables us to deliver superior conveyance products of the highest quality. In turn, our positive workplace culture is one of the reasons we are able to continue to grow our team to best suit our expanding customer base, thanks to the industry’s rising demand. Our human resources team continues to organize hiring events and excelled in recruitment throughout 2023 and 2024, successfully bringing on board more than 200 new employees!
